You don’t need more English lessons. You need to communicate better when it matters.

Executive English Performance combines experienced human coaching with AI-assisted practice to help professionals prepare for the meetings, presentations, negotiations and conversations that actually matter.

The real problem

English ability isn’t the same as executive communication.

Many professionals have strong English and still find that it doesn’t carry them when the stakes rise. Vocabulary is there. Grammar is fine. But when the pressure is real, the message comes out longer, softer or less precise than intended.

The goal isn’t to make you study more English.
The goal is to make you perform better in English.

Where strong English is tested

  • Presenting to senior leadership

When the room is deciding, not just listening.

  • Defending a proposal

Holding your position when it is challenged.

  • Negotiating

Choosing words that protect value and relationships.

  • Answering unexpected questions

Thinking and speaking at the same time.

  • Explaining technical concepts

    Making complexity simple for non-specialists.

  • Disagreeing diplomatically

    Being direct without being abrupt.

  • Speaking spontaneously

No script, no slides, no time to translate.

  • Communicating under pressure

When stakes are high and attention is on you.

A different category

We don’t sell hours. We develop communication performance.

The difference is where the work starts — and how success is measured.

Traditional English training

  1. Learn English
  2. Attend classes
  3. Complete exercises
  • Organized around levels and textbooks
  • Measured in hours attended
  • Generic topics and vocabulary lists
  • Practice limited to class time

Executive English Performance

  1. 01Identify the situations that matter
  2. 02Practice those situations
  3. 03Receive AI feedback
  4. 04Receive expert coaching
  5. 05Measure improvement
  6. 06Perform in the real world
  • Organized around your real professional situations
  • Focused on communication performance, not hours
  • Scenarios built from your role and industry
  • Practice available between coaching sessions

When it matters

Built for the moments when everyone is listening.

Founded on experience

Experience matters when communication has consequences.

The methodology comes from years of observing how professionals actually communicate in business — where hesitation, structure and tone matter as much as vocabulary. Not from teaching grammar in isolation.

Questions

All questions

Is this an English course?

Not in the traditional sense. The program focuses on professional communication and the situations where English performance matters most.

Do I need advanced English?

No. Most programs are designed for professionals who already use English at work, and your assessment determines where we start. If your English is still basic, the 8-week Executive Fast Track builds the essential English for your own work situations first.

Is AI replacing the coach?

No. AI expands the amount of practice available between sessions. Human coaching remains responsible for strategy, interpretation and high-value feedback.

Can companies enroll multiple employees?

Yes. Companies can start with a pilot for one team or enroll cohorts of roughly 10–50 people in an annual program.

Prepare for the conversations that matter.

Start with an executive assessment: a focused conversation about your role, your situations and where communication matters most.
